Bound To Be
TD-Emblem-Drop.png

BOUND TO BE

I stare into the hollow void

Trapped between these cursed words

Dreading the moment it returns

Where the ink shows it hurts

Why do I know every word?

Why am I bound like this?

Why must I relive it?

The cycle returns

The pages turn, revealing all sides

Reflections in the glass

A haunting echo, rising to tell

The horrors from the past

Why do you read every line?

Why do you bother me?

Why can’t I end it?

I'm trapped here inside

Turn the page, the story unfolds

Turn the page, my life controlled

Not again please

Rip it apart now

Why am I bound to be?

Why am I bound to repeat?

Page after page, yet I still remain

Why am I bound to be?

Why don’t you tear me apart?

Why don’t you listen?

Why do I have to scream?

Never-ending

Turn the page, the ink won’t fade

Yet the curse, still calls my name

Stuck between these cursed words

The cycle forever turns

No escape, no chance to break

Close the book and I remain

Why am I bound to be?

Why am I bound to repeat?

Page after page, yet I still remain

Why am I bound to be?

Turn the page

Shred this accursed tale

Erase my name

Set me free

Tear me apart

Take me

Burn me down

Take me

Rip me apart

Why am I bound to be?

Why am I bound to repeat?

Page after page, yet I still remain

Why am I bound to be?

Bound to be

THE DECEIVER
TD-Emblem-Drop.png

THE DECEIVER

A painting

of nothing, deranged, astute

Revised to its sole premise

A failure in disguise

A victor's mirror image of their war-torn eyes

All watered down, through resentment and fear

Turned to a crimson story

A boy turned into man

Turned martyr by a bullet

Blamed another hand

A war through the guise of a solid plan

Made to appear like a dream

A nightmare, filled through colours and a scream

A father, a mother, celibrates their clouded child

A soldier, a martyr, made into a mindless life

Turned to a crimson story

A boy turned into man

Turned martyr by a bullet

Blamed another hand

Round them up, forsake your sanity

Ignore them all and their humanity

Aim your gun and just set them free

Just aim my gun and just set me free

You were told all those beautiful lies

Now you act all so surprised

Just die

The horror shows in the light of reality

Appears like a waking nightmare

Everything filled through colours and a scream

A father, a mother, turns towards their murdered child

A martyr, a hero turned into a sacrifice

Turned martyr by a bullet
